During your first consultation, I will take a detailed case of what you would like hypnotherapy to help you with. Each session is tailored specifically for you and your needs. Once this is established we will agree a plan and work towards the goals, that you would like to achieve.

To implement the agreed plan, I will guide you into a relaxed state of mind. When you are in this relaxed state, it is possible to access the subconscious mind and to be able to implement changes through positive suggestion and visualisation. The changes that will be implemented will be the changes that you have asked to be changed.

The state of mind during hypnotherapy is relaxing and pleasant and becomes more receptive and open to suggestion.

The state of the hypnotherapy mind is very similar to the state when we drive our car, we do this automatically without having to think what we are doing. Many times, during the day we will go into an almost trance like state, this can also happen when we watch television, we naturally go into a trance state.
